Answer

Drop the -er of the infinitive to get the stem. Then add the ending according to the following subject-verb agreement rules:
  • je (stem)e
  • tu (stem)es
  • il / elle / on (stem)e
  • nous (stem)ons
  • vous (stem)ez
  • ils (stem)ent
Note: there are exceptions to this rule.
